Safety Is a Process, Not a Punchline.
At NZA Trucking, we take safety seriously. Not because it looks good on paper, but because it's the right way to operate. We follow the rules, hold our drivers accountable, and keep working to improve.

How We Approach Safe Operations
Founded by a U.S. military veteran, NZA Trucking is built on discipline and accountability. We don't claim to be perfect. We claim to take safety seriously, follow the process, and keep getting better.
Safety in Every Area of Operations
DOT & FMCSA Compliance
We operate under FMCSA and DOT regulations and work to stay current with all applicable requirements. When issues arise, we address them directly rather than ignore them.
Driver Qualification
Every NZA driver holds a valid CDL-A license, completes a DOT physical and drug screen, and goes through an MVR review before operating under our authority.
Hours of Service
We follow Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and do not pressure drivers to exceed legal limits. Fatigued driving is a risk we take seriously and work to prevent.
Load Securement
Flatbed and step deck loads require proper tie-down, strapping, and load distribution. Our drivers are trained on securement standards and expected to follow them on every load.
Vehicle Maintenance
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections are required. We work to keep our equipment roadworthy and address maintenance issues before they become safety problems.
Drug & Alcohol Program
NZA Trucking participates in a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing program covering pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing.
