Qualifications

What We're Looking For

We hold our drivers to a high standard because our customers depend on us, and our drivers depend on us too. Here's what we require to join the NZA team.

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Minimum 2 years OTR experience
  • Clean MVR. No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
  • No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Flatbed or step deck experience preferred
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
