Qualifications

What We Require

We partner with owner-operators who meet FMCSA standards and are serious about their business and reputation.

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Your own truck (semi or straight truck)
  • Minimum 2 years OTR or regional experience
  • Valid cab card and current vehicle registration
  • No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
  • No active MC authority required. We lease you on under NZA's authority.
  • Insurance provided through NZA Trucking at the owner-operator's expense
  • Flatbed or step deck experience preferred
